GENERAL MANAGEMENT OF WAR VETERANS

has the following missions:

- To execute the guidelines of the Ministry in connection with Veterans Affairs;

- To participate in the centralization and supervise the activities of the various stakeholders in war Veterans;

 - To mobilize; organize and supervise veterans around development works;

-  to administrate and mobilize Veterans and Reservists  when needed;

- To develop framework policy  for veterans;

-  To encourage veterans in  working  associations for  production and help them in providing material and technical support;

 - To provide moral support to veterans and encourage them to be messengers of patriotism and peace;

 -  To ensure training and socio-professional reintegration of former combatants.
 

Department of Administration and Public Relations has the following missions:
 

-  to maintain administrative personnel records;

- to ensure  the status of war veterans;

 - To prepare psychologically host communities in collaboration with the administration base;

-  To disseminate the projects and achievements of veterans with partners;

 -  To establish contacts with stakeholders and / or partners.
 

The Department of Planning and Reinsertion has the following tasks:
 

-  to conceive  and study projects in rehabilitation;

 -  to prepare the conversion of future veterans by teaching crafts;

 -  to orient veterans according to their choices, skills and availability of nearby;

-  to present projects with partners and monitor;

 -  to follow the reintegration of former combatants.
 

The department of Education and Mobilization has the following missions:
 

-  to educate and train civically veterans;

 -  to determine reserve personnel and provide periods of mobilization;

 - to provide technical assistance;

- to mobilize, organize and supervise veterans around development activities;

-  to assess the socio- economic impact of projects.
